SESSION TIMES
Moorfield Nursery is open between 8:30am and 3:30pm Monday to Friday during term time. Our term dates can be found here.
To minimise disruption to our Early Year activities, but to provide flexibility to our families, our available session start and end times are as follows:
- Start:
- 8:30am
- 11:30am (before lunch)
- 12:30pm (after lunch)
- End:
- 11:30am (before lunch)
- 12:30pm (after lunch)
- 2:30pm
- 3:30pm
Parents are requested to provide the number of sessions they require each term in advance to our Head of Early Years. Nursery fees are billed termly in advance.
NURSERY FEES
Chargeable Hourly Rate £9.60 per hour
Freshly Cooked Lunch £3.85 per day
Refundable Nursery Deposit £100
This deposit is to secure a place for your child in Moorfield Nursery and will be refunded on your child’s first termly invoice.
EARLY EDUCATION FUNDING (EEF)
At Moorfield Nursery, EEF hours can be accessed between 8:30am and 2:30pm Monday to Friday during term time.

When accessing funded hours, the following optional charges are available:
Chargeable Hourly Rate £9.60
Freshly Cooked Lunch £3.85
Curriculum Enhancements £3.60 per funded hour

RECEPTION
Up to 30 hours of Early Education Funding can be accessed in reception at Moorfield School, until the term the child turns 5 years old, dependent on eligibility.
