Our successes in entrance exams for senior schools have endorsed our approach to teaching and learning, with a 100% success rate in pupils achieving their first choice destination. We are the only prep school in Ilkley to enjoy this record of achievement.

Like the vast majority of highly regarded independent schools, we do not waste learning opportunities in Year 6 by preparing for SATS. In order to get a true picture of academic achievement across the school, every child takes the rigorous and highly regarded GL assessment tests to monitor pupil progress both individually and in comparison with national standards. Our results show that our pupils perform well above the national average as shown in the tables below.
