Junior School

We believe children learn best when they are engaged, inspired and allowed to take ownership of their learning. Our approach combines purposeful teaching with time to explore, question, create and investigate.

Our Reception pupils consistently achieve excellent outcomes, with 100% reaching the expected level of development and many exceeding expectations.
A discussion can lead to a new idea. A question can become an investigation. A shared interest can inspire writing, creativity, science or problem-solving. From creating their own stories and exploring the natural world to developing early literacy and numeracy skills, children build knowledge through experiences that are meaningful and memorable.

We take away the pressure without lowering expectations. Children are given the time and support to master key skills, develop independence and build confidence in their own abilities.
