Staff know pupils as individuals, and parents know they can pick up the phone, arrange a conversation or speak to a teacher at the end of the day. By working closely together, we can respond quickly when children need extra support or guidance.

Older pupils look out for younger children, friendships develop across year groups and everyone is encouraged to treat others with consideration.
